CrossFit Kids is a weekly class for children ages 4-12. We meet on Tuesday and Thursday from 4-4:45 throughout the school year. The aim of our class is to teach foundational movements to children in a safe, fun, and engaging atmosphere. All of our activity is planned, implemented, and supervised by CrossFit Level 1 Trainers and we keep our child-to-adult ratios less than 10-1 at all times. Students in our CrossFit Kids classes are less prone to injury and more likely to thrive in sports through childhood due to learning core movement patterns and control early on. Our trainers seek to implement Positive Youth Development in every interaction with children and also act in accordance with the principles of Developmental Relationships.
We believe positive adult relationships make a huge impact on kids’ lives. We would love to see you and your child in our next CrossFit Kids class!
