WOD Information: 

WOD 1: Frankenstein’s Ladder (RX)
*This Squat Clean Ladder will have weights preset*

Weights will be preset by event for athletes from lightest to heaviest. Once the time starts, each athlete will have the opportunity to lift their weight from lowest to highest down the ladder within a 5 minute period. For every successful lift, that weight will be added to a cumulative score of all of the athletes on the team.

WOD 2: The Two Headed Monster

Similar to the regional event of 2017 and team events. The athletes will be split into teams of two to complete the rep scheme of 21-15-9. Two members will have the opportunity to break up the reps however they see fit between pull ups, thrusters, assault bike and rowing. Once the first two members of the team have completed the next two members will begin and end for time.

WOD 3: Dracula Chipper

The athletes can break up reps however they see fit to move quickly through the chipper. Once to the Burpee’s the athletes must synchronize touching the floor and standing up together for the reps to count.
